Fusion Farms (FF) is a licensed cannabis cultivator and manufacturer based in Adelanto California.
FF had a third party grower who was not producing the expected results from cultivation, who ultimately became disgruntled and damaged all plants before leaving. This challenging situation called for a new approach.
Whole Grow proposed and implemented a new in-house cultivation program based on the living-soil natural method. For that we needed to retrofit the design of the facility quickly with new systems and equipment, bring new genetics, assemble a new team of growers, put SOPs in place and ensure that the team on site would follow them to produce the necessary results.
The facility was successfully retrofitted on time and on budget, that led to a garden full of healthy plants. FF buyers were excited about the strains and welcomed the quality of the organic cultivation methods.
Bringing the cultivation team in-house was critical to the clients ability to control production costs and yield projections. FF gained invaluable cultivation knowledge and acquired a loyal team to grow into their expansion plans.
